The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. the location was convenient and easily accessible. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with nice amenities such as a balcony and swimming pool. Breakfast and dinner options were good, with a variety of non-vegetarian dishes available. the service provided was prompt and efficient, with staff going out of their way to assist us.
The front desk staff could have been more courteous and professional in handling requests and queries.

The breakfast here was really amazing! 🍳 It's super convenient that this place is close to popular attractions like Kali Temple. Let's not forget they also have a pool here.

We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and were extremely impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was close to the airport, railway station, and city center. This made it easy for us to visit all the tourist points and explore the local market. The room service was exceptional, and the staff was polite, professional, and friendly. They took great care of us and even arranged a packed breakfast for us when we had to check out early in the morning.

This hotel is conveniently located near both the railway station and airport, making it a great option for travelers. the clean and well-maintained rooms were equipped with all the basic amenities, and the complimentary breakfast was a great option to start the day.
Some staff members seemed to struggle with speaking English, which made communication a bit challenging. rooms facing the main street were quite noisy, which was a downside.
